Return of Goods
Consumers within the meaning of Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB) may return goods to us within the scope of the statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days from the day the goods are received.
The withdrawal must be declared in advance by email to info@barista.tools. After declaring the withdrawal, the goods must be returned to the return address stated in the withdrawal policy no later than 14 days thereafter. Timely dispatch of the goods is sufficient to meet the deadline.
The consumer bears the cost of returning the goods.
We kindly ask that the goods be returned unused, complete, and carefully packaged wherever possible. This helps ensure prompt processing and does not affect the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
A refund of all payments made, including standard shipping costs, will be issued no later than 14 days after receipt of the withdrawal and will be made using the original payment method. We reserve the right to refuse the refund until we have received the returned goods.
Any loss in value must only be compensated if it results from handling of the goods that goes beyond checking their condition, characteristics, and functionality.
Further details regarding the right of withdrawal, in particular exclusions (e.g. sealed goods for hygiene or health protection reasons once opened, as well as custom-made goods), are governed by our withdrawal policy and our General Terms and Conditions (GTC).
Note: This return policy applies exclusively to consumers. There is no statutory right of withdrawal or return for entrepreneurs (B2B), unless expressly agreed otherwise.
