Delivery Area
We deliver within Austria and Germany, to selected countries of the European Union, as well as internationally. An overview of the countries we ship to can be found during the checkout process.
Shipping Costs
Any applicable shipping costs are clearly displayed in the shopping cart and before completing the order.
If no shipping costs apply, this will be explicitly stated.
Delivery Times
Unless otherwise stated, the delivery time is 2–5 business days within Germany. For deliveries abroad, delivery times may be longer.
Any differing delivery times are shown directly on the respective product page.
Partial Deliveries
If a partial delivery is necessary, no additional costs will be incurred by you.
Freight Shipping
For particularly bulky or heavy items, shipping is carried out by a freight forwarder.
You will be informed of this separately during the ordering process.
Customs and Import Duties
For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional customs duties, taxes, or fees may apply, which are to be borne by the customer.

Due Date of Payment
