Care instructions

Our products are designed for everyday use. With proper care, they remain functional, precise, and durable. The following tips will help you protect the materials and maintain the quality of your barista tools for years to come.

General care recommendations

  • Remove coffee residue, milk and moisture promptly after use.

  • Clean products with a slightly damp cloth.

  • Always rub dry afterwards

  • Do not store tools in a damp environment.

Tamper, S-Tamper & Vibra Tamper

Stainless steel base

  • Wipe dry after each use

  • Clean with warm water and mild dish soap if necessary.

  • Then dry thoroughly.

Not suitable for dishwashers

Mechanical parts (e.g. S-tamper)

  • Keep dry

  • Remove coffee dust regularly with a soft brush or cloth.

  • No continuous cleaning, do not immerse.

Vibra Tamper (Electronics)

  • Clean only externally with a slightly damp cloth.

  • Do not allow any liquid to enter openings or crevices.

  • Never hold underwater or immerse

Handles & Materials

Wood

  • Wipe with a slightly damp cloth only.

  • Rub dry immediately

  • Do not soak

  • Not dishwasher safe

Nylon / Polymer / Soft-Touch

  • Hand wash with mild dish soap

  • Use a soft cloth or sponge

  • No solvents or abrasives

silicone

  • Warm water and mild dish soap

  • Let it dry thoroughly

Carbon & Special Surfaces

  • Clean with a soft microfiber cloth

  • Do not use polishes or abrasive cleaning agents.

Milk jugs & latte art accessories

stainless steel milk jug

  • Dishwasher safe

  • To ensure the longest possible lifespan, we still recommend occasional hand washing.

  • Dry thoroughly after cleaning.

Coated or colored milk jugs

  • Not dishwasher safe

  • Clean by hand only.

  • Do not use scouring pads or aggressive cleaners.

Latte art tools & precision parts

  • Clean promptly after contact with milk

  • Store in a dry place

Accesories

Tamper mats (silicone)

  • Warm water and mild dish soap

  • If necessary, briefly soak the coffee oils.

WDT / Mixing tools / Measuring cups

  • Clean by hand

  • Dry afterwards to avoid water stains.

Barista wipes

  • Washable up to 60 °C

  • No fabric softener

  • Do not tumble dry

  • Wash steam wand cloths separately.
