Hauck Tamper is considered an innovator and played a key role in the development, financing, advertising, and market launch of the Vibra Tamper. After just one year of development, Hauck successfully launched the Vibra Tamper in 2024 – thus coining the term "Next Level Tamping".

The product was launched at the World of Coffee in Copenhagen , where the Hauck Vibra Tamper was awarded the Best New Product Award right at its launch.

Proper puck preparation is crucial for an excellent espresso. With over 35 years of experience in the coffee industry, Otto Hauck revolutionized this process in June 2024: Thanks to high-frequency vibrations, the Vibra Tamper optimally distributes and compacts the coffee grounds – in just a few seconds and without any effort.

The ergonomic design with a horizontal handle made of premium materials and the precisely manufactured base ensure effortless handling and perfect results.

Custom manufacturing & technical highlights

Each Hauck Vibra Tamper is individually manufactured after receipt of order and equipped with a powerful vibration motor that is optimally suited to espresso powder.

The tamper comes with a USB-C rechargeable battery from Ansmann , which is fully charged in approximately 2 hours and allows up to 2,500 cycles.

The design of all Hauck Vibra Tampers is as compact as a conventional tamper – yet performs as well as a fully automatic tamping station, without any power connection.

Four preset modes ensure optimal results immediately. Furthermore, users can individually configure and save their own vibration profiles (duration and intensity).

If changes are made to the machine setup, the base can simply be reordered and replaced.

Individualization

Upon request, we are happy to produce – for a small additional charge – individual base diameters, handle designs and personalized engravings.
