Shipping Terms
Delivery Area
We currently ship to the member states of the European Union, Switzerland and the United Kingdom. Deliveries to additional international destinations are available on request and subject to individual review.
Country- or product-specific shipping restrictions apply to certain products. This particularly concerns some electronic or battery-powered products. Certain products containing a rechargeable battery or battery are currently shipped within Austria only.
The delivery countries and shipping methods actually available for a specific order are determined during checkout based on the delivery address and the products in the cart. Only the delivery options offered there are applicable. For additional destinations, we will provide the available shipping options and costs individually upon request before shipment.
Shipping Costs
Any shipping costs applicable to your order are clearly displayed in the shopping cart or, at the latest, before the order is completed.
If no shipping costs apply to an order, this will be indicated accordingly.
Delivery Times
Unless a different delivery time is stated for the respective product or during the ordering process, the delivery time within Austria is generally 2–4 business days.
For deliveries to other countries, longer delivery times may apply depending on the destination country, shipping method and transport provider.
Where a different delivery time is stated for a product or a specific shipping method, that delivery time shall apply to the respective order.
Partial Deliveries
Where appropriate for efficient fulfilment and reasonable for the customer, an order may be dispatched in several partial deliveries.
If partial deliveries are made solely as a result of our shipping arrangements, the customer will not incur any additional shipping costs as a result.
Freight Shipping
Particularly bulky or heavy goods may be shipped by freight forwarder.
Where freight shipping is required for an order, this will be indicated during the ordering process or in connection with the respective shipping option.
Customs Duties, Import Taxes and Other Charges
For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional customs duties, import VAT, import charges or other official fees may apply.
Unless expressly stated otherwise during the ordering process or in the individual offer, such duties, taxes and charges are not included in our product or shipping prices and must be borne by the recipient in accordance with the regulations applicable in the destination country.
The amount and collection of such duties and charges are outside our control and are determined by the applicable regulations of the respective destination country.
Payment Terms
Payment Methods
The payment methods available for your order are displayed during checkout.
Depending on the respective order, delivery country and availability, these may include in particular:
- Advance payment by bank transfer
- PayPal
- Credit card
- other payment methods offered during checkout
Only the payment methods actually offered to you for the respective order during checkout are applicable.
Payment Due Date
Unless otherwise stated or agreed for the selected payment method, the amount payable becomes due upon conclusion of the contract.
In the case of advance payment by bank transfer, the goods will generally be dispatched after full payment has been received, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Charging of the Payment Method
The time at which the selected payment method is charged or debited depends on the payment method used and the applicable terms of the respective payment service provider.
Where required, the relevant information is displayed during the payment or checkout process.
Payment Processing by Payment Service Providers
Where an external payment service provider is used, the payment process may additionally be subject to that provider’s applicable contractual, usage and privacy terms.

Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until payment has been made in full.
