Accessibility Statement

Hauck Barista Tools continuously works to make its website and functions accessible and easy to use for as many people as possible. This includes users who rely on assistive technologies or who have specific accessibility requirements due to a disability.

To support usability, we use technical features that can enable individual adjustments to the user interface depending on the use case. At the same time, we continue to improve content, navigation and user interactions step by step.

Guidance from accessibility standards

When designing and developing our website, we use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 and relevant current digital accessibility recommendations as guidance, with particular reference to Level AA criteria. This guidance serves as a working and testing benchmark. It does not mean that all content and functions of the website fully meet these criteria at all times.

Our work focuses in particular on the four core principles of the WCAG:

  • Perceivable – Information and user interface components should be provided in ways that can be perceived by as many users as possible.
  • Operable – Navigation and controls should be usable without a mouse and with assistive technologies.
  • Understandable – Content and interactions should be clear and as unambiguous as possible.
  • Robust – Content should work as reliably as possible across different browsers, devices and assistive technologies.

Despite ongoing improvements, individual technical or editorial barriers cannot be completely ruled out. If you encounter a barrier or experience difficulty using our website, please let us know. We review such reports and aim to provide an appropriate solution.
