Shipping Terms

Delivery Area

We currently ship to the member states of the European Union, Switzerland and the United Kingdom. Deliveries to additional international destinations are available on request and subject to individual review.

The delivery countries and shipping methods actually available for a specific order are determined at checkout based on the delivery address and the products in the cart. The delivery options offered there are decisive. For additional destinations, we will inform you in advance of the available shipping options and costs on request.

Country- or product-specific shipping restrictions may apply to individual products. This applies in particular to certain electronic or battery-powered products. Certain products containing rechargeable or other batteries are currently shipped only within Austria.

Shipping Costs
Any applicable shipping costs are clearly displayed in the shopping cart and before the order is completed.

Where no shipping costs apply, this will be expressly indicated.

Delivery Times
Unless otherwise stated, the delivery time is 2–4 business days within Austria. Delivery times for international shipments may be longer.

Any differing delivery times are indicated directly on the respective product page.

Partial Deliveries
If a partial delivery is necessary, you will not incur any additional costs as a result.

Freight Shipping
Particularly bulky or heavy items may be shipped by freight carrier.

You will be informed separately about this during the ordering process.

Customs Duties and Import Charges
For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional customs duties, import VAT, import charges or other official fees may apply. Unless expressly stated otherwise during checkout or in an individual quotation, these charges are not included in our product or shipping prices and must be borne by the recipient.

Payment Terms

  • Additional payment methods, where available and displayed at checkout

Payment Due Date
Unless otherwise agreed, the invoice amount is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract.

Charging of the Payment Method
The time at which the selected payment method is charged or debited depends on the payment method used and the applicable terms of the respective payment service provider.

Retention of Title
The delivered goods remain our property until payment has been made in full.
