Espresso distribution tool for effective improvement of the coffee grounds conglomerate

The Hauck Coffeenizer Stirring Stick WDT is an espresso distribution tool, optionally made of walnut or colored multi-layer wood.
The eight 0.35 mm stainless steel needles ensure perfect mixing of the coffee grounds.

The set consists of the handle with the needles and an elegantly shaped, conical parking station.
The special wood finishing makes the surface very pleasant to the touch and visually particularly beautiful, as it brings out the natural grain to its best advantage.

Application

After the coffee grounds have been ground into the portafilter, the Hauck Coffeenizer Stirring Stick is used.
The coffee grounds are now mixed using the needles so that they are evenly distributed and small lumps are broken up.
This effectively improves the coffee grounds conglomerate and prevents so-called channeling .

If you are already using a dosing funnel on the portafilter before grinding, please leave it in place while stirring with the stir stick. This prevents coffee grounds from falling out of the portafilter during mixing.
