The ANSMANN 16340 / RCR123 Li-ion battery is extremely durable and can be recharged up to 2000 times, even under harsh operating conditions. Thanks to its very low self-discharge rate, the battery retains its charge for extended periods, even when not in use. Furthermore, the weight of the Li-ion cell is significantly lower compared to conventional battery technologies (e.g., NiCd/NiMH/Pb) while offering the same performance.
