The Rune Kona old oak combines a precisely manufactured stainless-steel base with a handle made from approximately 200-year-old reclaimed oak.
The wood comes from a historic barn and shows different grain patterns, colour variations and signs of age depending on the source material. These material-related variations give each piece an individual appearance.
The ergonomically shaped Rune handle is designed to distribute pressure across the palm and fingers and support controlled guidance during tamping. The flat stainless-steel base supports a repeatable tamping process.
Extraction and flavour also depend on grind size, dose, distribution, coffee, basket and other parameters.
