Hauck S-Tamper V5 UFO Roasted
The Hauck S-Tamper V5 UFO roasted is a self-centering, dynamometric tamper designed for controlled and repeatable tamping. The portafilter support helps center the base on the basket rim and supports parallel alignment before and during tamping.
The dynamometric mechanism operates with a defined trigger point and supports repeatable force application. Alignment and force guidance are mechanically supported; espresso extraction also depends on grind size, dose, distribution, coffee, basket and other brewing parameters.
