HX 7 – 7-in-1 Water Quality Tester
The HX 7 is a multiparameter meter for indicative and comparative water analysis. It combines seven measurement functions in one device and displays the values on a shared display.

The device can be used for comparative water checks, observing changes in filtration and documenting water parameters. For coffee applications, TDS, EC and pH provide useful measurements, but they do not fully represent the mineral composition and alkalinity relevant to extraction.
Note: The HX 7 is not a certified laboratory reference instrument and does not replace any legally required, official or accredited drinking-water, food or laboratory test. A suitable coffee refractometer is required to measure TDS in brewed coffee and calculate extraction yield.
